Cavan band The Strypes will make their debut on Later... with Jools Holland on BBC Two tonight.
The retro teen combo, who are aged 15 to 17, have just released their new EP Blue Collar Jane in the lead-up to the arrival of debut album later this year.

Also on the bill for the first edition of the 42nd season of the music show at 10pm tonight are Suede who will be playing tracks from their comeback album Bloodsports, Brummie soul wonder Laura Mvula, and the mighty Cat Power.
