Chris O'Dowd's Moone Boy has got the green light for a third series.
The 33-year-old Boyle native, who writes and stars in the Sky series, will also make his directorial debut in the third series.
Speaking about the news, Sky's Head of Comedy Lucy Lumsden said: "Since we started on the comedy journey at Sky in 2010, we've established some of the most loved series across our four entertainment channels.
"The outstanding talent at the heart of these new programmes just shows how much more ambition we've got for comedy at Sky going forward. There's a lot more we still want to do!"
Moone Boy will resume filming in late 2013.
