One Day at a Time star Bonnie Franklin has died at 69, following a battle with pancreatic cancer.
The actress is best known for her long-time role as divorced mother Ann Romano on One Day at a Time, between 1975 and 1984. Franklin starred alongside Valerie Bertinelli and Mackenzie Phillips, who played her teenage daughters.

Most recently Franklin had guest roles on Touched By An Angel, The Young and the Restless and Hot In Cleveland.
The actress announced in September 2012 that she was battling pancreatic cancer but was undergoing treatment.
Franklin married Ronald Sossi in1967 but the two split in 1970. The actress was married to film producer Marvin Minoff for 29 years, from 1980 until his death on November 11, 2009. She had no children.
