Super Size Me filmmaker Morgan Spurlock has said that he will start recording One Direction’s movie in Tokyo this weekend.
During a Variety question-and-answer session at the Consumer Electronics Show on Thursday (January 10), the 42-year-old documentary maker explained that he plans to record footage from the band's world tour.
When asked why he chose to take on the project, Spurlock added: "These guys have gotten so huge in such a short amount of time - why? What makes them more special than any other people?"
Spurlock further admitted that he was in unsuccessful negotiations to direct both Justin Bieber and Katy Perry's recent concert movies.
