Justin Bieber has admitted that he was disappointed when he missed out on a Grammy Award nomination for the 2013 ceremony.
The Beauty and a Beat singer, who previously received two nods for the 2011 ceremony, was overlooked when the categories were announced last week.
Speaking on the Ellen DeGeneres show, the 18-year-old singer said: "(It was) a big bummer... I was looking forward to (possible Grammy nominations), but I know it will happen one day. I'm so young, I'm only 18. I'm just blessed to be able to do what I love every day. And the AMAs [American Music Awards] was a lot of fun for me so... Hopefully, one day."
Bieber took home three trophies at the American Music Awards last month, including the top award for Artist of the Year.
