Chloe Sevigny has landed the lead role in a drama pilot, Those Who Kill.
The crime thriller for cable network A&E will see Sevigny play a detective named Catherine who has an innate understanding of the mind of a killer, reports TV Line.
Those Who Kill is based on the Danish series Den som dræber, which launched in 2011.
The A-Team helmer Joe Carnahan is attached to direct, with The X-Files scriptwriter Glen Morgan scripting the US adaptation.
Sevigny previously starred in the Mormon drama Big Love, and most recently played a transgender assassin in Sky Atlantic's Hit & Miss.
