Matt Damon blames his daughters for his hair turning grey.

The Bourne actor who raises Alexia, 14, Isabella, six, Gia, four and 23-month-old Stella with wife Luciana, believes his grey locks are all down to parenthood.

Speaking to People, he joked: “I point out all of the grey and I say to my daughters, ‘You did this and you did this and you did this.’ They really think it’s funny.”

While he admits to being proud of his more mature look, Damon explained that his movie bosses prefer to hide it, adding: “They dyed the grey out for We Bought a Zoo, but I was like, ‘I like my grey hair.’ I’m proud of it."

The 41-year-old father also revealed that he is a terrible cook, saying: "I'm a terrible cook, but I do a little bit of it at home. I'm relegated to kids' fare and I can make more of the functional stuff.

"My wife and I introduced it to them at a very young age and they just don't know any different. Luckily, I found out all three of my youngest girls love broccoli. There are times where I can't get them to eat protein or a little piece of fish because they are going crazy over the broccoli. Sometimes they're the ones bribing me to eat more of my vegetables."
