Irish Downton Abbey star Allen Leech has praised the show's fans ahead of the drama's imminent return to our TV screens.
As his character Tom Branson has grown season-by-season, Leech says he is increasingly recognised by fans of the hugely popular period piece.
“I get a lot of, ‘You look like that chauffeur from Downton Abbey . . .’ Which is funny," says the 31-year-old Dubliner.
"But the other thing is it’s always positive reaction - you get people coming up to you who just love the show, and that’s brilliant.
"It feels lovely to be part of something that people really enjoy watching.”
