La Toya Jackson is set to star in a brand new reality series documenting her business and family life.

The 56 year-old singer, personality and businesswoman is set to star in a new show on Oprah Winfrey's network, OWN, which will follow the star in both her public and personal life.

Life With La Toya will follow the star juggling her career and family life, which has come under press scrutiny over the past three years since her iconic brother Michael's untimely death.

The Jackson family are currently involved in an internal dispute, in which three members of the family are accusing the executors of Michael Jackson's will to be taking advantage of Katherine Jackson, who also has custody of the singer's three young children.

It is unclear how much the reality show will broadcast of La Toya's family life, or which, if any, of her celebrity siblings will feature in the series which will air next year.

La Toya recently completed in the celebrity version of The Apprentice in the USA, as well as guest judging spots on RuPaul's Drag Race and America's Next Top Model. Jackson appeared on the 2009 Channel 4 series of Celebrity Big Brother, but was the fourth celebrity evicted from the house.
