Longtime Batman fan Marion Cotillard has spoken of her most memorable day on the Dark Knight Rises set, when her first sighting of a co-star in costume left her unable to even say hello.
Speaking to RTÉ TEN on Thursday, Cotillard, who plays Miranda Tate in the movie, said: "There was one special day, when I first saw Christian Bale in the Batman outfit and I couldn't go and say hello because I was so impressed.
"The people I was with were making fun of me, but I was really like 12-years-old, looking at him and being like, 'Oh my God...'. He was not Christian Bale any more; he was the Batman. And I was a Batman fan on the Batman set."
