It opens in cinemas and is released for streaming/download next month, and RTÉ TEN is giving you the chance to watch the trailer for the award-winning new Irish film Silence.
Directed by Pat Collins and written by Collins, Eoghan Mac Giolla Bhríde and Sharon Whooley, Silence tells the story of Eoghan (Mac Giolla Bhríde), a sound recordist who returns to Ireland for the first time in 15 years and the people he encounters while he tries to record landscapes free from man-made sound.

Winner of the Michael Dwyer Discovery Award 2012 at the Jameson Dublin International Film Festival, Silence is released in cinemas and for streaming/download on www.volta.ie from Friday July 27.
