Jason Segel has helped a fan to propose to his girlfriend during the Irish premiere of the star's new movie, The Five-Year Engagement.
The How I Met Your Mother star invited 98FM competition winner Erin Evans up on stage at the Savoy cinema in Dublin on Wednesday.
Her partner Stephen Lawlor then surprised her with a marriage proposal in front of a cheering audience.

Speaking with the couple afterwards, Segel said: "Now you're gonna have to pay to see the movie!"

The Five-Year Engagement tells the story of Tom (Jason Segel) and Violet (Emily Blunt) who first meet at a New Year’s Eve costume party and become engaged a year later. However, a series of unexpected events keep tripping them up as they look to walk down the aisle.
The Five-Year Engagement opens in Irish cinemas on Friday June 22.
