Rihanna has hit back at claims that she used an Irish model as her body double in an Armani advert.
The singer was named the new face of the Armani underwear's print and video campaign last summer, and appears semi-nude in the black & white editorial.
A report in The Sun claimed that the bottom in the video actually belongs to Irish model Jahnassa Aicken, who allegedly signed an agreement with Rihanna's management saying that she would not reveal her involvement.
However, the pop singer slammed the report via her Twitter account, insisting that a tattoo on her hand in the video proves that it is her.
Rihanna wrote "Who is Jahnassa... Does she have a tat (tattoo) on her hand too?"
The Umbrella hitmaker’s tweet didn’t help matters though, as Aicken began to trend world wide as Rihanna’s 20 million followers started speaking about the model.
Rihanna then added "Ok enough of that! I coulda been more clever about it, but I was lazy." The advert in question shows Rihanna lying in a large double bed on her own wearing black lace underwear as she appears to have a nightmare. It then cuts to her getting out of bed as she picks up the telephone and then slips into a pair of Armani jeans and a leather jacket.
