Heidi Klum has filed for divorce from her estranged husband Seal.
The supermodel cited "irreconcilable differences" in her petition, which was filed in LA County Superior Court today on April 6th, according TMZ.
The couple - who are parents to two sons and a daughter, with Seal also an adoptive father to Klum's eldest daughter - first confirmed their separation in January.
Klum is now said to be seeking joint legal custody, but primary physical custody, of their four children, including visitation rights for Seal.
According to the documents, the pair signed a post-nuptial agreement, meaning they retain their separate assets and property.
The Project Runway host is also requesting that the judge restores her maiden name Klum, which she continued to use professionally despite adopting Seal's family name Samuel when they married in 2005.
