Cheryl Cole has announced details of her new single.
The track is titled Call My Name and it will premiere on BBC Radio 1 on April 20. The news about the song, which will be the lead track on Cole’s third studio album, was reported by Perez Hilton.
Call My Name is written and produced by Alex da Kid, who has previously produced Love the Way You Lie for Eminem and Rihanna, and B.o.B's Airplanes.
Cole (28) is currently in Los Angeles where she is shooting the video for Call My Name. The location is reportedly the same as the one Britney Spears used for her Womanizer video. The clip is being directed by Rich. Lyrics to another of Cole's new tracks, called Screw You, recently appeared online. The song is thought to be a swipe at Ashley Cole.
Cole is allegedly planning to premiere her new single Call My Name on The Voice UK. Cole’s manager will.i.am is currently a coach on the show.
