Battlestar Galactica star Tricia Helfer is to play a villain in the seventh season finale of Criminal Minds.
TVLine.com, which broke the news of the casting, says that Helfer would only tell the site that she has been cast as "definitely a bad character".
Fans of the show have already been told that the two-hour season finale on American television and Sky Living will end with a wedding.
It will premiere in the US on May 16.
