Nadine Coyle has confirmed that a Girls Aloud reunion is in the process.
The quietest member of the group, who has been out of the spotlight since failing to light up the charts with her solo debut, has spoken about the plans for when the group reform.
"It's time to come back. At the end of the year it would have been ten years and it feels like the right time to regroup. I know everyone's been speculating about what we will do. It will be arena dates at the start of next year and we will have new music to go with it," Coyle told blogger Dean Piper in LA.
When pushed for more information about how long the reunion will last, she continued "one or two singles I would think. It depends on how well it goes with the tour announcement. If things work well, there's enough demand and we're all in the same head space as a band then who knows what could happen.

"I'm definitely looking forward to seeing the girls. It's been a long time since we've all been in the same room together. But the truth is there's no big problem with me and the girls. I've been living here and not been home much and I have a life here now."
The Derry native's comments now spark rumours that the group, formed on reality tv show Popstars: The Rivals, will perform either for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee or the London Olympic Games.
