Celebrity Big Brother winner Paddy Doherty is being investigated by tax authorities in the UK over his earnings.
The former bare knuckle boxer rose to fame on the popular documentary series My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding and then went on to win Celebrity Big Brother in 2011.
The Inland Revenue Criminal Taxes Unit over in The UK are said to be investigating Doherty's earnings over the past three years. The 53-year-old father of five, who is self-employed recently returned to screens in a documentary series entitled 'When Paddy Met Sally' with Sally Bercow.
The enquiry is likely not linked to his several television and personal appearances over the past year, it's likely to be linked to his job as caretaker of his former caravan site in Salford. Doherty has since moved site to North Wales.
