No proposal this leap year for King

Wedding bells won't chime this year for Mollie
Wedding bells won't chime this year for Mollie

The Saturdays singer, Mollie King, has revealed that she won't be popping the question on the 29th of February

While band mate Una Healy may be ready for domestic bliss – she is engaged to Ben Foden and expecting her first child – Mollie King has revealed she is in no rush to walk down the aisle to tie the know with boyfriend David Gandy.

Speaking to the Daily Star, King said; "Even though it's a leap year, I definitely won't be asking David to marry me."

Recent rumours suggested the 24-year-old was making plans to relocate with her beau to India, but according to the popstar this is simply not true. She said; "My parents called me the morning the story broke and asked me when I was going to tell them! The truth is I'm such a homebody."

"Me leaving home and moving 20 minutes away from my mum was far enough to be honest. So the thought of going any further is very unlikely."

She added; "I woke up to loads of messages on the phone from people saying, 'OMG, what is this about you moving to India?'... all my Twitter feed said was, 'Please don't move to India, we'll miss you!' I'll blame David for that one as it definitely wasn't me who said anything!"
