Pregnant Amanda Holden has spent a second night in hospital after pulling out of the latest round of auditions for Britain's Got Talent.
Holden, who is eight months pregnant, checked herself in on Monday and has spent the last two nights being carefully monitored.
Her spokeswoman could not confirm reports that she had gone into labour, only revealing that the TV star was in hospital "for observation."
The mother of one tragically suffered a miscarriage in May 2010 and gave birth to a child who was stillborn in February last year, when she was seven months pregnant.

The actress had been due to film Britain’s Got Talent auditions in Blackpool with fellow judges Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams.
Last week she showed off her baby bump when she attended the Britain's Got Talent auditions in Manchester and fought back when criticised for wearing high-heels, tweeting: "I walk less than 25metres a day in heels whilst up the duff!#justsaying! [sic]"
