Lady GaGa has become the first person on Twitter to reach 18 million followers.
The Marry The Night singer thanked her fans for getting her to the milestone, which puts her just under two million followers ahead of Justin Bieber who has 16.4m.
Taking to her Twitter account Gaga wrote: "Can't believe I have 18,000,000 TwitterMonsters, really rad, was just a few years ago I had barely any."
Katy Perry is the third most-followed star with 13.9m people keeping an eye on her, while Shakira is at four with 12.6m and Kim Kardashian is at five with 12.5m.
