Singer/song writer Ellie Goulding has parted ways with her BBC Radio One DJ boyfriend Greg James after 18 months together.
The Starry Eyes singer and James decided to end their relationship over a month ago, but the news has just become public. Reports say that they couple found it hard to spend time together due to their busy schedules and struggled to be in the same place at the same time.
Friends said they were trying to make things work, but eventually they had to give in and end the relationship. After moving her belongings out of James’ flat before Christmas, Goulding then jetted out to Thailand for a week with fellow popstar and friend Jessie J where they celebrated her 25th birthday and New Year’s Eve together.
On New Year's Eve she tweeted: "Next year is mostly about my new record, being a good person and my first marathon. Really grateful for my life."
