Myleene Klass has condemned celebrities who sell the rights to their weddings, arguing that a lavish and lucrative bash "doesn't constitute a successful marriage"

The presenter married fiancé of six years Graham Quinn in a secret ceremony in October, which was attended by just 16 guests.

Speaking to The Mail On Sunday newspaper Klass explained that the low-key nuptials had been "perfect" for her, as she didn't want the "pressure" of throwing a wedding that was in keeping with her celebrity status.

Myleene Klass shared a photo via twitter of her wedding day with her husband Graham Quinn

She said:"I have never understood why people put so much pressure on themselves for the wedding, worrying about the wrong colour taffeta and the bow being the wrong shape on the back of the dress."

Klass continued to explain that it is easy enough to have privacy on your wedding day saying: "As for selling it and all that malarkey, I don't understand all of that. I love the excuses people give for selling their weddings. 'People are going to get the photos anyway'. Well, they didn't."

Klass gave birth to her second daughter, Hero, back in March. The couple welcomed their first child, Ava, in 2007.
