Actress Anne Hathaway has become engaged to her boyfriend, Adam Shulman.
Yesterday, the actress was photographed sporting a ring in a Brooklyn park along with Shulman, who she began dating in 2008, shortly after her previous long-term relationship with Raffaello Follieri ended with his federal indictment.
Speaking to Us Weekly, Hathaway's representative confirmed the engagement, while also revealing that the ring was designed by Kwiat Heritage.
In a recent interview with Harper's Bazaar Hathaway explained how she had instant chemistry with her husband-to-be saying: "We hit it off immediately, but it took us a pretty long time to get together." She added: "things sped up a bit - and I think I'll leave it at that."
Hathaway further explained how Shulman is a lot more relaxed than her previous boyfriends, stating that he is far more "mellow" than her previous romances.
