Former X Factor finalists One Direction are in Ireland to promote their new single Gotta Be You.
Niall, Harry, Louis, Zayn and Liam have been doing signings in Tesco Maynooth in Kildare and Clarehall in Dublin after their single was released last week. Their album, Up All Night was released in Ireland, yesterday, four days before its release in the UK.
The boys were in London last night performing twice at the Children In Need event, which raised a record-breaking £26million.

Reports suggest that hundreds of fans gathered last night and this morning trying to nab passes to the Clarehall signing. FM104 reports that a spokesman for Tesco stated that "they started turning people away on health and safety grounds." 600 wristbands were given out on a first come, first served basis when the album was bought.
The band's second single was released in Ireland on Thursday and flew into the chart at No. 3.
