Dexter's Jennifer Carpenter has revealed that she and ex-husband Michael C Hall are still close friends.
The co-stars tied the knot on New Year's Eve in 2008 in a private ceremony in Big Sur, California, but filed for divorce last December after a little less than two years of marriage.
Carpenter recently confessed that she "still loves" Hall (who plays Dexter Morgan) and considers him to be her confidante despite the failure of their romantic relationship.
"I mean, he is and always will be one of my best friends in the world. And just because the marriage ended doesn't mean the love isn't still there," she explained to E! News.
"We take very good care of each other and our cast - we always have - and I'm just really lucky."
Carpenter recently landed a role on The Good Wife, though no details are currently known about her character.
