Sex and the City star Mario Cantone has announced that he has married his long-term partner.
Cantone, who played the character of Anthony Marantino, a gay wedding planner, in the series and films, wed his partner Jerry Dixon in New York City earlier this month.
The actor told host Joy Behar on The View: "We got married on the rooftop of our home with the Empire State Building shimmering in the background. It was beautiful, just my family was there.
"I got married for the same reasons you did. We're older, we've been together for 20 years."
Cantone added: "I love him. He's a good man."
