Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding is being treated for depression and alcohol addiction, it has been confirmed.
The singer, reported to have recently split up with her boyfriend DJ Tom Crane, has been working on her new film Run For Your Wife.
A spokesman for Girls Aloud said: "Sarah Harding has entered a treatment centre for depression and alcohol addiction.
"There will be no further comment on this matter."
She announced her engagement to Crane in January after he proposed during a New Year holiday but wedding plans were put on hold after a series of bust-ups.
The pair are said to have gone their separate ways in September.
Sarah was last seen in public last month at London Fashion Week, when she modelled at the Look Magazine Westfield show.
