Alex Reid proposed to Chantelle Houghton on RTÉ's The Saturday Night Show hosted by Brendan O' Connor last night.
Despite only dating for seven months, cage-fighter Reid popped the question to the former Celebrity Big Brother contestant.

The couple were taking part in a joint interview, in which they were discussing how they are trying to conceive using IVF treatment.
Houghton was previously married to musician Samuel Preston for a year, while Reid is still in the process of divorcing glamour model Katie Price.
