Sex And The City star Kristin Davis has adopted a baby girl.
The actress who adopted Gemma Rose a few months ago has revealed that she feels "blessed" to be a mother.
Speaking to People Davis said: "This is something I have wanted for a very long time. Having this wish come true is even more gratifying than I ever had imagined. I feel so blessed."
Last year, Davis admitted that she had grown accustomed to the idea that she may never marry, but that she refused to give up on her personal dreams.
The 46-year-old previously said: "I don't know if I'll ever get married. I don't say never, but I just might not...I think you can have what you want no matter how old you are!"
