American R&B singer Vesta Williams has been found dead at the age of 53.
Sky News reports that the singer's body was discovered on Thursday night at a hotel in El Segundo, California.
No details surrounding her death have been released.
Williams released her first album Vesta in 1986, scoring a hit with the single Once Bitten, Twice Shy.
She released several successful singles during the late '80s and early '90s including Special, Sweet, Sweet Love and Congratulations.
