Is another break-up on the cards?

The Sugababes are the hot topic of discussion on Twitter at the moment, as rumours that singers Jamelia or Little Boots will be replacing band member Jade Ewen.

The trio, who are giving away single Freedom on Amazon as a taster for their forthcoming album, have come under scrutiny by fans and even celebrities over rumours that a possible split or name change is on the cards.

Even Lily Allen has hopped on the bandwagon telling her 3 million followers that they were set for a change of title.

Singers Jamelia and Little Boots were then rumoured to be possible replacements for the most recent addition to the Sugababes, Jade Ewen.

Jade Ewen joined teh Sugababes in September 2009, as the replacement for Keisha Buchanan.

Ewen soon took to the social networking site to hit back at the Twitter comments informing fans that she, Heidi Range, and Amelle Berrabah were in the band for the long haul writing: “Wow! So who started this rumour guys?? The only place this Sugababe is going is to the studio with the girls to work on our new album!”

Ewen then continued to confront Lily Allen about spreading the rumours saying: “Just confuse bein honest babe? Not sure where this has come from? And nope not changing the name either.. lol xx”

Allen later apologised and admitted that she was “bored.”
