Britain’s Got Talent judge, Amanda Holden was involved in a car crash which left her fearing for her unborn baby.

According to The Mirror, Holden, who was en route to collect her five-year-old daughter, Lexi, from school was left "very shaken and worried sick" after the crash before being rushed to hospital by a stranger.

The 40-year-old actress, who lost a baby boy earlier this year seven months into her pregnancy, told The Mirror last night: “I am so grateful to the Good Samaritan."

The actress was forced to pull out of last night’s performance of West End show Shrek The Musical, in which she plays Princess Fiona however she and her unborn baby girl have been given the all clear.

Following the collision with a truck in South West London, her spokeswoman said: “The lorry’s fine, Amanda’s car isn’t.”
