Keira Knightley showed off her fashion credentials this weekend at the Venice Film Festival.
Knightley was there to promote her new film A Dangerous Method which also stars Irish actor Michael Fassbender.
Keira dons period costume for the role, playing a Russian diagnosed with hysteria. However she looked far from dated as she took to the carpet in a glamorous Valentino embroidered floor-length gown.
Speaking to the Guardian, 68-year-old director David Cronenberg said: "My cast has a great need of psychoanalysis and that is why I cast them – to introduce them gently to the idea that they needed help."
