Actor Jean-Claude Van Damme has revealed that he is delighted he is admired by the gay community.
The 50-year-old star told Sabotage Times that he was happy with his gay following, because they are usually known for their “beautiful” taste.
"Most gay people are very tasty people," he said.
"They like beautiful stuff in their lives. If they like me, it means they have taste. They don't follow me for my butt shots. They like me for me."
Van Damme also admitted that his experiences with the fairer sex have taught him a thing or two.
"If you fight a lot, you know about the ring. If you eat a lot, you know about food. I've been married five times, so I know a lot about women," he said.
The action star has recently signed on to play a part in The Expendables.
