Brenda Arombo, an original front runner for the crown of Britain & Ireland’s Next Top Model, might have been down following her premature exit from the TV series but it certainly didn’t leave her out of the race to the catwalk!
Brenda will be reunited with the Series 7 TV contestants at London’s Excel between 28-30th October. The TV finalists will also be taking part in their first ever professional catwalk at the live fashion and beauty show.
The popular Ugandan contestant, who instantly won the hearts of the judges in auditions, was asked to leave the Sky Living TV series for not possessing a current valid passport - breaking even tough judge Julian MacDonald’s heart who said he could already envision her in the final three.

Brenda had to exit the show prematurely due to passport problems
Despite already making it through boot camp on the TV series, Brenda had to start once again at the bottom of the ladder for this latest audition.
She joined hundreds of hopeful girls in London at the Piccadilly Institute and once again strutted her stuff before a panel of judges in the hopes of being selected to showcase fashion designer Joey Bevan’s latest collection at this year’s live fashion event.
Speaking about her departure from the show Brenda stated: “Since leaving the show, I have been doing a lot of thinking about what I actually want to do in the modeling world and Elle’s words really inspired me.”
She added: “Being in the Britain & Ireland Next Top Model Live catwalk and being at the show watching the rest of the girls will be such an achievement for me. When I walked in to the casting room and all the girls from the show called my name, it was so nice but it kind of got me sad as I thought, oh it could have been me up there with them….”
The model also revealed that judge Julian Macdonald is her favourite designer saying: “I love Julian Macdonald. I love him – he is my favourite designer. When I first walked in to the auditions I just knew I had to impress him. At the beginning I found him quite scary, but the more I saw him, the less scared I became.”
