RTÉ Radio 1 is giving listeners a second chance to listen to some of its recent award-winning programmes.
Following on from the station's phenomenal success at the New York Festivals Radio Awards, Radio 1 will be re-airing some of its winning shows on Saturdays at 6pm.
RTÉ Radio won a total of 17 accolades at the prestigious awards in New York on June 20 and earned the title of Broadcaster of the Year.
The awards won included eight for RTÉ Radio 1's Documentary on One, six awards for RTÉ Radio 1's Drama on One and one award for RTÉ lyric fm.
Not limited to success in traditional radio, one of RTÉ's seven digital stations, RTÉ Gold, also received an award.
The re-airing of the award-winning shows begins with Don't Go Far on Saturday August 13 at 6pm and will continue for a total of five weeks.
Don't Go Far won one of the New York Festivals top honours, a Grand Award.
