Geri Halliwell has completed her new album and announces she is ready for her musical comeback
The Spice Girl turned fashion designer confirmed to the Sunday Mirror at the launch of her new evening dresses range for Next that she has a record deal in place and is ready to release her fourth solo album.
She said: "The album's pretty much finished. I'm not sure on dates yet and I won't tell you what it sounds like, because I'd prefer to let the songs speak for themselves."
This record will mark her first release since the 2005 album Passion, which charted at number 41.
Halliwell added:"It'll be great to be back where I belong, on stage. It won't be long."
