A Coronation Street favourite is set to return to the cobbles later this year and could that be wedding bells we hear? Warning: Spoiler Alert!
Bill Webster, played by Peter Armitage since 1984, will return for another stint in Weatherfield.
He will make his small screen comeback in September when he arrives back with partner Pam Hobsworth, played by Kate Anthony.

As Bill and Pam settle back in, the couple announce that they are planning to marry, however, trouble brews when Pam clashes with Bill's son Kevin.
According to The Mirror, a source claimed: "Pam still blames Kevin for Molly's death after the 2010 tram crash and won't allow him anywhere near the wedding.
"The stress causes Bill to collapse."
