Twilight actress Elizabeth Reaser, who plays Esme Cullen in the vampire saga, has said that she felt shocked on the last day of shooting The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.
In an interview with people, the actress said: "You can't really capture it. It's just so weird to end something like this, to end five movies.
"It hadn't really hit any of us yet. We were just sort of in shock and happy to be going home."
She added: "We all had different wrap days. It was such a complicated experience because [of that]."
Director Bill Condon and many of her co-stars had already left the Canadian film location, leaving Reaser and a small group to complete some additional stunt scenes.
She added: "I was there with Ashley [Greene], Kellan [Lutz] and Jackson [Rathbone], and we had this weird, sort of surreal experience being left over in Sqamish, Canada."
After a long night shoot, Reaser, 36, spent time with her co-star and on-screen husband, Peter Facinelli: "We had a little dinner together back in Vancouver.
"We also knew we'd be promoting the movie for a few more years so we felt, 'It's not really over just yet.' "
Then, she joked, "It's never going to end."
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 opens in Irish cinemas on November 18.
