Robert Pattinson has described the birth scene in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn as "hardcore".
According to HitFix website, the Water for Elephants actor told the crowds at the 2011 San Diego Comic-Con that the scene is quite explicit.
He said: "I think the birth scene, for a fantasy series that has kind of a youngish audience, goes very far.
"There was no other way to do it."
Although Pattinson said that he had mixed feelings about the saga coming to an end, one thing the actor said he won't miss was the unusual contact lenses he had to wear for the unique vampire gaze!
Plus he said that he won't mind leaving Canada's cold climate behind, where much of Breaking Dawn was filmed. He preferred the beaches of St Thomas in the Virgin Islands, where filming of the epic was completed.
Meanwhile, when asked to pick a favorite scene in the film Pattinson's co-star Taylor Lautner said that he can’t!
Lautner said: "I've always been able to choose one... But this one I can't. I don't know.
"There's so much going on in this movie and all of the characters are dealing with their own little things."
Kristen Stewart, who plays Bella Swan, revealed that she had difficulty holding the young actress who plays her baby daughter.
Stewart admitted: "I couldn't pick up the kid sometimes".
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn opens in Irish cinemas on Friday November 18, 2011.
