Emma Watson admitted she knew nothing about co-star Daniel Radcliffe’s drink problem on Monday night’s Late Show. Host David Letterman quizzed the Harry Potter star who conceded that she was stunned when Radcliffe revealed that he had struggled with an addiction to alcohol in an interview with GQ magazine.
"To be honest, it's really not something that I genuinely know much about," the 21-year-old told Letterman. "But as far as I know, he never took a sick day. He was like the most professional, amazing guy ever."
Visibly uncomfortable with the line of questioning, Watson also admitted that she had tried spirits but added that she was of legal age to do so. "Yes I have been drunk once in my life, as everyone is," she said. "I've got drunk, I've been drunk and I'll bow to that."
