From polo playing to glitzy red carpet events, we look at Prince William and Kate's very stylish US tour.

The couple rounded-off their historic Californian visit yesterday with an appearance at the Inner-City Arts - a non-profit organisation which help underprivileged children in the city's rough Skid Row neighbourhood.

After leaving their mark in some clay imprints, Kate showed off her artistic side with her drawing of a snail.

Earlier in the day, the couple attended a private brunch at LA studio executive and multi millionaire owner of the New York Giants football team Steve Tish's mansion in the Hollywood Hills.

Guests at the brunch included Reese Witherspoon, Jennifer Garner, the CEO of Disney and supermodel Linda Evangelista.

The newlyweds touched down in Los Angeles international airport on Friday for their whirlwind weekend visit following their eight-day tour of Canada.

On arrival Kate looked stunning in a blue-gray drape dress, and Prince William wore a dark suit and purple tie.

On their first day in sunny California the couple visited the gorgeous surroundings of the Santa Barbara Polo and Racquet Club where the Prince was playing in a match to raise funds for his newly created charity, The Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry.

Later that evening the Royals dazzled at a very glamorous red carpet affair in Hollywood. The occasion was organised by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) to celebrate British talent. Despite this, a bevy of American actors and performers took to the red carpet to catch a glimpse of the popular couple.

And while the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Jennifer Garner, Nicole Kidman and Blake Lively looked stunning as always, it was our favourite fashionista Kate, who stole the show in a lavender dress by Alexander McQueen and Jimmy Choo silver heels.
