How would you like the chance to attend an exclusive RTÉ reception on Friday 1st July, on board the Tall Ship ‘Europa’?
The prize allows you and a friend to attend a RTÉ reception from 12:30 – 2:30pm on the 1st of July, where you will have the opportunity to board the Tall Ship Europa and enjoy a pleasant afternoon with some delicious food and drink.
At the end of June 2011, around 50 of the world’s most beautiful Tall Ships will sail up the River Suir and take up residence on Waterford’s famous quayside, before setting sail for the first leg of the famous Tall Ships Races on Sunday, July 3rd.

6. Closing date: Entries must be received by midnight on 29/06/2011. You are permitted to enter the competition more than once if you so choose
7. The prizes is as follows: A pair of tickets to attend an exclusive RTÉ reception on board the Tall Ship – Europa on Friday 1st July from 12.30pm – 2.30pm. Age Limit: -Over 16 only and Under 16s will only be admitted if accompanied by a guardian/relative 21 years or over
8. The winner will be randomly drawn, on Thursday 30th June, (under independent supervision) from the valid entries and announced thereafter at www.rte.ie/ten Winner will also be notified directly by telephone and email and will then need to respond to that email within 24 hours of receipt, so we can arrange facilitation of the prize. If we do not receive a response within that timeframe, the prize will be awarded to the next entry drawn.
9 The winning prize will be available for collection at the RTÉ marquee at the Tall Ships festival. Waterford.
11. The prize is non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative in part or in whole.
12. If the prizes prove unavailable or inappropriate for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute it for one of equal or greater value.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the details of this promotion in the event or any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. If this occurs, all reasonable steps will be taken to ensure that participants are not disadvantaged.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate the prize to the next entry drawn if they believe the deemed winning entry has won unfairly. This process may be repeated, as necessary, until a valid winner is found.
15. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
