English actress Natalie Dormer has been cast in season two of HBO's Game of Thrones.
The Tudors star will play the character of Margaery Tyrell, a woman from the House of Tyrell who is pledged to wed Renly Baratheon in a plot to try and take the throne from King Joffrey, reports Entertainment Weekly.
Dormer previously starred in The Tudors alongside Jonathan Rhys Meyers as Anne Boleyn.
The actress will also appear in the forthcoming superhero film Captain America: The First Avenger.
The second series of Game of Thrones is due to start shooting in Belfast in July.
