Josie Gibson has responded to photos posted in The Sun earlier this week, which showed her in a bikini on holiday in Marbella, Spain.
The Big Brother winner tweeted: "I see the sun have got the worst pics of me ever. Cringe. Oh well me can't look good all the time pmsl x x (sic)."
Gibson was in Spain for a friend's hen party, and revealed that she intends to exercise now that she is home.
After splitting with her ex, John James Parton, the 26-year-old, appears to have have put back on most of the three stone she lost.
She told Now: "I went on an all-inclusive holiday and it went downhill from there."
She further stated: "Well, you want to get your money's worth, don't you? I only have to look at a chocolate biscuit and I put on a stone."
She added: "Now I'm going on lots of long walks. I want to cleanse my brain."
Gibson has been attending this weekend's Big Brother auditions at Arsenal's Emirates Stadium in London with a camera crew, ahead of the programme's launch on Channel 5 in August.
