Kristin Chenoweth: her own show won't stop her returning to Glee

Kristin Chenoweth has revealed that starring in her own upcoming US TV series ‘Good Christian Belles’ will not prevent her from returning to ‘Glee’.

The former ‘Pushing Daisies’ actress has made several guest appearances in ‘Glee’, portraying Will Schuester's (Matthew Morrison) down-and-out former high school crush April Rhodes.

Chenoweth admitted that her schedule has become much busier since signing on for ‘Good Christian Belles’, but also told Access Hollywood that she will never turn down a chance to portray "hot mess" April.

"I'm doing my own show in the fall,” she explained. “It's really good, to me. Of course, I'm going to say that, but I'll always come back [to Glee]," she explained.

"It's one of those things where I come in, get to be on it, and I go off and do other things too, which I like."

She added: "If they continue to ask me, I'll continue to come back."
