Angelina Jolie will meet with Syrian refugees who fled to Turkey a bloody crackdown on Syrian anti-government protesters.
The Hollywood celebrity and goodwill ambassador for the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees is expected to arrive in the Turkish province of Hatay later on today.
Turkish authorities have hung a 15 meter- (16 yard-) long banner near the entrance of the camp to welcome Jolie. The banner reads: "Goodness Angel of the World, Welcome."
In April, Jolie traveled to Tunisia during its refugee crisis as thousands fled from its war-torn neighbor, Libya.
