Rebecca Black's video for Friday has been removed from YouTube.

The video, which has attracted over 100 million views on the website since it went online in March, has been taken down due to a copyright claim by Black.

A representative for the singer told TMZ: "We can confirm that we submitted a Take Down Notice to YouTube as a result of the dispute we have with Ark Music regarding the 'Friday' video."

No further details about the nature of the dispute have been released, but the website also reports that Ark recently set up 'Friday' as a $2.99 YouTube rental.

Any attempts to play the 'Friday' video are greeted with the message: "This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Rebecca Black."
