Michael Douglas' ex-wife, Diandra, lost her bid to get some cash from his performance in 'Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps'.

She claimed she was entitled to half of what the Hollywood star earned for his role in 'Wall Street's' sequel.

She said that she should have got the cash under the pair's divorce settlement - even though the movie was made ten years after they split. She filed for divorce in 1997 and landed a $45 million settlement.

However Douglas, who is now married to Catherine Zeta-Jones, disputed that she wasn't entitled to any of his salary from the film, because it wasn't even in discussion stages when they split.

The Manhattan judge who last year rejected Diandra's effort to sue the Oscar-winner in New York for half of the millions he earned from the follow-up rejected her request to overturn the original ruling.

"We won," said Michael Douglas' lawyer, Marilyn Chinitz.
But Diandra Douglas' attorney, Nancy Chemtob, has vowed to appeal again.
